 easured data and definition of the system optimal settings for future impr
 ovements of the accelerator. A comparison of calculated data and experimen
 tal results measured with heavy ions accelerated in an injection part of t
 he NICA accelerator complex. Possible causes of beam losses are analyzed i
 n order to formulate experimental ways for increasing of the beam extracti
