 e peculiarity of this gun is a significantly reduced size\, due to a chang
 e in the power supply scheme. For this electron source\, the beam characte
 ristics were calculated. After assembling the gun\, tests were carried out
  and the corresponding experimental data was obtained\, which is in good a
