 voted to the development of a new control system for high-frequency multic
 avity electron accelerators ILU-12 and ILU-14\, which generate an electron
  beam with an energy of 7.5-10 MeV and a power of up to 75-100 kW. The acc
 elerator is the main element of the industrial irradiation complex that pr
 ocesses disposable medical devices and food products. The report provides 
 a description of a new control and protection system for the pulse power s
 upply of accelerators and its additional systems. Also\, attention is paid
  to the development of electronic and software tools\, which made it possi
 ble to expand the areas of application of powerful electron accelerators w
