DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Pavel Krokovny (BINP)\nThis talk will present a stat
 us overview of ongoing LHCb upgrade.\nThe new detector is designed to oper
 ate at the instantaneous luminosity of\n2·10^33 cm-2s-1\, more than five 
 times higher than in Run 2.\nA crucial part of the upgrade is the software
 -only trigger\, which should be\nable to select the desired events at 30MH
 z input rate with up to six\nvisible interactions per bunch crossing.\nCur
 rent upgrade status and highlight performance results will be shown. In ad
 dition\, the LHCb physics program and preparation for future challenges wi
