DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Venelin Kozhuharov (LNF-INFN &amp\; University of So
fia)\nCurrently\, the existence of a dark sector almost completely decoupl
ed from the Standard Model is a viable solution for numerous long-standing
problems in physics\, including the nature of dark matter and the muon an
omalous magnetic moment. A new gauge mediator\, the dark photon\, could b
e the portal to this hidden sector. The most general probe to its existenc
e is the missing mass technique which requires a precise knowledge of the
initial state of the process but does not put constraints on the dark phot
on final states. The experimental approaches to the search for dark photon
s in positron-on-target annihilation and in mesons decay in flight will be
presented and the physics reach will be discussed.\n\nhttps://indico.inp.

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Dmitry Gorbunov (INR RAS)\nThe Standard Model of par
ticle physics fails to explain several important\nphenomena like neutrino
 oscillations\, matter-antimatter asymmetry of\nthe Universe\, cosmological
dark matter. While we definitely need some\nnew physics capable of explai
ning the phenomena above\, the absence of\nany new particles at colliders
implies that they are either very heavy\nor feebly interacting with the kn
own particles. In the latter case\nthey can be at GeV mass range\, produce
d by and/or decaying to\nhadrons. We discuss the associated with QCD diffi
culties in obtaining the accurate\npredictions for the new particle produc
tion and decay rates\, \nconcentrating on the singlet scalar\, fermion and
  vector messengers to\nthe hidden sector.\n\nhttps://indico.inp.nsk.su/eve

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Ming-Gang Zhao (Nankai University)\nNumerous astroph
ysical observations strongly suggest the existence of Dark Matter\, which
provides a hint of dark sector physics. There could exist many dark candid
ates predicted by theories BSM\, such as dark photons and invisible things
\, that communicate with the Standard Model sector. The masses and decay m
odes of these particles are expected to be accessible at the BESIII experi
ment which is the only currently running tau-charm factory with the larges
t threshold charm samples and some other unique datasets. We have recently
performed searches of dark photons and invisible things in several decay
modes. Besides\, light Higgs\, FCNC processes\, BNV/LNV processes are also
investigated. This talk will summarize the recent results at BESIII on th
ese searches for new physics BSM.\n\nhttps://indico.inp.nsk.su/event/15/co

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Elena Perez del Rio (LNF-INFN)\nDuring the last year
s several Dark Sector Models have been proposed in order\nto address strik
ing and pluzzing astrophysical observations which fail standard\ninterpret
ations.\nIn the minimal case a new vector particle\, the so called dark ph
oton or U-boson\,\nis introduced\, with small coupling with Standard Model
particles. Also\, the existence of a dark Higgs boson h’ is postulated\
, in analogy with the Standard\nModel\, to give mass to the U-boson throug
h the Spontaneous Symmetry Breaking mechanism. The discovery of such a Dar
k Force Mediator would belong to\na new field of Physics Beyond the Standa
rd Model.\nThe KLOE experiment\, working on the DAΦNE e+e- collider in Fr
ascati\, searched\nfor the existence of the U-boson in a quite complete wa
y\, investigating several\ndifferent processes and final states. Tight lim
its on the model parameters have\nbeen set at 90%CL. Further improvements
are expected in terms of sensitivity\nand discovery potential with the new
KLOE-2 detector working on the improved\nDAFNE e+e- collider\, which has
 collected more than 5 fb−1.\n\nhttps://indico.inp.nsk.su/event/15/contri

DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Igal Jaegle (University of Florida)\nSince 1933\, co
smological anomalies are reported at different scales and ages of the Univ
erse. These anomalies could be due to a non-luminous mass ("dark matter")\
,\nchange of the laws of gravity\, or a combination of both.  Lepton coll
iders can investigate the non-luminous mass scenario by searching for diff
erent dark matter\ncandidates (millicharged dark matter\, axion-like\, or
very stable multi-quark states) and new force carriers (dark vector\, dark
scalar\, or axion-like). We will\nreview the new results of BABAR and Bel
le\, and the expected Belle II sensitivities to these searches.\n\nhttps:/
