DESCRIPTION:The International Conference "Instrumentation for Colliding Be
 am Physics" (INSTR-17) will be cohosted by the Budker Institute of Nuclear
  Physics (BINP) and Novosibirsk State University (NSU)\, Novosibirsk\, Rus
 sia\, from 27 February to 03 March\, 2017. This conference is in close rel
 ationship with those held in Vienna (VCI or Vienna Conference on Instrumen
 tation) and on Elba (PM or Pisa Meeting on Advanced Detectors). The confer
 ence covers novel methods of particle detection used in various experiment
 s at particle colliders and other accelerators as well as in astrophysics.
 \n\nScientific Programme\nThe aim of the Conference is to review the statu
 s and progress in instrumentation for experiments at colliding beams and r
 elated fields. The main topics include:\n\n\n    Colliders and detector in
 tegration\n    Tracking and vertex detectors\n    Micropattern gas detecto
 rs\n    Particle identification\n    Calorimetry\n    Instrumentation for
