Description
Stresses on a round wheel W target were simulated by ANSYS Workbench. The target consisted of two parts. One is W wheel for generation of positrons. Another is a Cu disk for cooling. Two models were used in two cases, the W part is and isn't sliced, for comparison. The stresses on the interface of Cu/W will also be reported.
