Guidelines for Presentations
The Workshop will take two ZOOM sessions, one common session https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84946599862 will be used to all sessions except Poster session 2, and https://zoom.us/j/96864779965 for Poster Session 2 and International Advisory Committee meeting. Passwords for the sessions will be distributed to participants in the independent mails.
Time indicated in the Programme is Novosibirsk time zone (GMT +7). Thus Workshop starting time around the world is: 19:00 Novosibirsk, Russia, 20:00 Lanzhou, China, 21:00 Korea, Japan, 07:00 Chicago, USA, 08:00 New York, USA, 14:00 Europe time, 15:00 Moscow, Russia. Upload of Oral Presentations
Speakers are encouraged to upload their presentation before the conference begins via their COOL'21 author account account (see below).
Upload your electronic presentation to the fileserver as early as possible but at the latest on the day before you are due to make the presentation. Name the file with the programme code and "_talk" (for example S101_talk.ppt) and then upload in the same way as for papers through your COOL'21 author account. You can find the programme code assigned to your presentation via this interface.
