We propose the authors who request the poster type of presentation to follow the next procedure. Please prepare your poster presentation as a PDF file (one page A0 size, or few pages of A4 size - it doesn't matter), upload to the public internet and send to the organizers the link to the file. Or send us the file itself, and we put it to the Internet. Please do this before October, 25th.
Then we send around all participants the Poster Session list with the links to the presentations. All participants can see the poster at any time.
At Friday, November 5th, we plan to conduct the Poser session where we give to every posters's presenter a time for his presentation. Author should talk a few words about their work - aim of the work, and results. Then everyone can ask the questions to the author. We propose a 10 minutes for every poster - for the author's speech and questions/answers.
