Description
Investigation of the radiation resistance of BINP impregnating epoxy
compound up to 50 MGy were undertaken. Samples were irradiated by electron beam generated at ULU-6 accelerator, produced at BINP. Temperature of samples was controlled online during irradiation. The results of mechanical tests (tensile strength and Young's modulus) after irradiation are given in comparison with SLAC compound ones.
