We deeply regret having to inform you that, due to force majeure, the AFAD in March 2020 is declared cancelled.
According to the Government Resolution, the Russian border is closed for short-term visitors from China and Taiwan until further notice because of coronavirus epidemic. This means that our colleagues from China and Taiwan, who are a substantial fraction of AFAD delegates, cannot visit Novosibirsk in March 2020.
Showing respect to our colleagues from China and Taiwan who are forced to miss the conference and after getting consent of the key speakers, we decided to postpone AFAD until the situation improves.
Please accept our sincere apologies and regrets about the situation.
