Submission
The authors of an accepted abstract are asked to provide a written contribution for the symposium proceedings. The contributions will be published in AIP Conference Proceedings after a peer review process. Submitted papers must be original work, associated with a symposium topic and which has not been published before.
The manuscripts are to be uploaded to Call for papers section (by clicking Call for papers → submit → select contribution) or submitted by email by the 23 of September 2020.
Style and Length
The AIP single column 8.5 x 11inch style will be used in the proceedings. We kindly ask the authors to use the templates available for preparing the paper.
The maximum length will be 8 pages. All papers must be a minimum of 4 pages to comply with AIP publication requirements. It is also necessary to add a copyright release to each paper signed by at least one author. Copyright release forms are included in the author templates package.
Deadlines
Please, submit your paper by the 23 of September 2020.
Reviewing
Symposium attendees are asked to assist the local organizing committee by agreeing to review a submitted paper. The reviewer report deadline is the 2nd of October 2020.
Proceedings
An online version of the symposium proceedings with worldwide perpetual open access will be published. No CD version of the proceedings will be produced.
