The proceedings of the conference will be published in the special issue of the journal "Bulletin of the Russian Academy of Sciences: Physics" (in Russian) in the beginning of 2019. English version will be available in September 2018.

Deadline for presenting the manuscripts to the proceedings - June, 28th 2018, the last day of the Conference. Only the contributions (oral or poster) presented at the Conference will be accepted for the proceedings. All manuscripts are planned to be published, but the Organizing Committee reserves the right to decline the papers with low quality or with theme outside the Conference field.
Please download and fill in the Copyright Transfer Agreement and pass to the Organizing Committee with hard copy of your paper.
